environment a better place to work and care for patients.
The care team is far more than our nurses and the doctors on our medical staff. Additional staff members include
administrative and support staff, environmental and nutrition services staff, among others. Our staff initiatives
include ensuring that staff members clearly understand their job objectives, understand the way their role contributes
to the hospital and have the training and education that they need to perform their jobs. The leadership team meets
with all staff members quarterly to update them about the hospital's new initiatives, the growth of the hospital, and
the steps we are taking to improve the care we give at the patient's bedside.
